Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: As an Officer Account/Assistant, you will play key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client accounts, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.

2. Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone and in-person meetings.

3. Order Processing: Process orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring seamless delivery of products/services to clients.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.

5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

7. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.

8. Capability of handling a full set of accounts for a development and construction company
9. Capable of coordinating with third parties and managing to reporting

REQUIREMENT:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Account, Finance or related field preferred
Previous experience in Account/Finance
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Chinese, English and Malay)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
