Job Description

Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the security guards company. This role is critical to ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of security services to clients. The Operations Manager will lead a team of supervisors and security personnel, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:
o Manage and oversee the daily operations of security personnel, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to client contracts.
o Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to enhance service quality and efficiency.
o Monitor and assess security operations to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
2. Team Management:
o Supervise, train, and mentor security supervisors and guards, ensuring they meet performance standards and company policies.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
o Address and resolve personnel issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
3. Client Relations:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with security services.
o Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service delivery, address any issues, and discuss potential improvements.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
4. Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure all security operations comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
o Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
o Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Scheduling and Resource Management:
o Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
o Oversee the allocation and maintenance of security equipment and resources.
o Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and deployment of security personnel.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, including staffing levels, incident reports, and client feedback.
o Maintain accurate records of security operations, including incidents and personnel performance.
o Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices.
o Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance service delivery.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team.
Qualifications:
• Certified in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field is advantage.
• years of experience in security operations management or a similar role, preferably in Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of security operations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and security management software.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in managing security operations in diverse settings such such as commercial, residential, industrial etc.
• Knowledge of local regulations and security standards specific to Malaysia.
• Relevant certifications in security management are an advantage.
Salary:
3.500,00 MYR Monthly
