Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain client relationships to achieve sales targets
Understand customer needs and provide professional advice on products or services
Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and competitors
Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth
Follow up on sales contracts and ensure customer satisfaction
Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions
Report on sales data, analyze performance, and suggest improvements
Requirements:

Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of sales experience, with experience in the relevant industry preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Self-motivated with a strong team spirit
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
