PERODUA CAR SALES MANAGER
LOCATION: BANTING, KUALA LANGAT, SELANGOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* ACHIEVE GROWTH AND HIT SALES TARGETS BY SUCCESSFULLY MANAGING THE SALES TEAM
* DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT A STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLAN THAT EXPANDS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER BASE AND ENSURE IT'S STRONG PRESENCE
* OWN RECRUITING, OBJECTIVES SETTING, COACHING AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING OF SALES REPRESENTATIVES
* BUILD AND PROMOTE STRONG, LONG-LASTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS BY PARTNERING WITH THEM AND UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS
* PRESENT SALES, REVENUE AND EXPENSES REPORT AND REALISTIC FORECASTS TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
* IDENTIFY EMERGING MARKETS AND MARKET SHIFTS WHILE BEING FULLY AWARE OF NEW PRODUCTS AND COMPETITION STATUS
BASIC + MONTHLY TARGET INCENTIVE
BASIC SALARY RM4,000 to RM5,000
INCENTIVE : UP TO RM10,000
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1.SUCCESSFUL PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ SALES MANAGER CONSISTENTLY MEETING OR EXCEED TARGETS
2.HAVE SALES AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS
3.ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE, PRESENT AND INFLUENCE CREDIBLY AND EFFECTIVELY AT ALL LEVELS OF ORGANIZATION
4.ABILITY TO DRIVE SALES PROCESS FROM PLAN TO CLOSE
5.STRONG BUSINESS SENSE AND INDUSTRY EXPERTISE
6.EXCELLENT MENTORING, COACHING IN PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS
