HANDLING CLIENT QUERY
POSTING/BLAST RECOND CAR ADS ON SOCMED & OTHER PLATFORM (MUDAH ETC)
APPROACH POTENTIAL CLIENT (ON FIELD)
ATTEND WALK IN CLIENT (SHOWROOM)
SUBMIT CAR BANK LOAN FOR CLIENT
TO CHECK ALL CAR CONDITION DAILY (INCLUDE STARTUP ENGINE)
TEST DRIVE CAR WITH CLIENT
PARTICIPATE IN ALL CAR EVENT
BRIEF CLIENT ON CAR SPEC & MAINTENANCE
PROMOTE COMPANIES PACKAGE (WORKSHOP & CAR RENTAL)
PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL SALES REPORT INCLUDE BUYER PHOTO WITH CAR REPORTING ANY ISSUE TO SALES MANAGER
BRIEF CLIENT ON CAR WARRANTY PACKAGE
*Job Info & Requirement*
1) Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities.
2) Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements.
3) Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses , objectives, and planned activities.
4) Figure out customer’s needs and keeping good rapport.
