Human Resource Specialist or Manager

1. Provide support to the stakeholders on handling people-related matters – manpower planning, recruitment, learning & development, talent management, engagement, employee relations (welfare/ grievances/disciplinary) and exit process.
2. To deliver engagement initiatives including action plan to address the feedbacks and concerns.
3. Ensure disciplinary cases for further investigation and handle fairly to a legitimate process.
4. To manage, supervise and provide guidance to the team members when dealing with matters pertaining to HR Operations.
5. Conduct on-boarding/induction training for new hire.
6.Bilingual skills for oral and written, ability to speak Chinese is added advantage
