Assist in development for point-of-sale communication materials and ensure materials produced meet the campaign objectives. Constantly monitor performance of brand activities and provide recommendation to correct performance shortfalls where necessary. Assist in manage brand activity budget and spend, to ensure that the team derives the best value from marketing spend and are within the budget limits. Assist in consumer’s research and analyze data to conclude the findings according to the research objectives. Execute, monitor, and prepare post evaluation reports for marketing activities such as consumer contest, events roadshow and in-store activation. Assist in managing the social media platform.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Procurement and Purchasing Executive to join our team and manage the procurement activities for multiple subsidiary companies within our group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the procurement and purchasing processes for multiple subsidiary companies within the holding group.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and quality of goods and services.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and ensure strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging suppliers.
• Handle contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharma, Pharma Technology, Chemistry, Food Technology or related field.
• Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPP) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement and purchasing, preferably within a holding company or multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical procurement practices.
