Job Description

Mandarin speaker
Overseeing computer IT functions, or specific technology functions within the entire group of companies
Create email for new employees
Support the user with day-to-day operational and IT related issues.
Implement the assigned Information technology (IT) solutions according to user requirements and development plan.
Troubleshooting on network equipment, repair & maintain computer hardware. Updates windows patch if require.
Managing all anti-virus and support with remote desktop.
Monitor PABX phone system for whole company, and resolve it for any inquiry
Proper filing and documentation , housekeeping of IT Asset, prepare user guide if needed and require to submit daily task report.
Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Standby for any IT’s support & issues that need urgent attention
