Assist in development for point-of-sale communication materials and ensure materials produced meet the campaign objectives. Constantly monitor performance of brand activities and provide recommendation to correct performance shortfalls where necessary. Assist in manage brand activity budget and spend, to ensure that the team derives the best value from marketing spend and are within the budget limits. Assist in consumer’s research and analyze data to conclude the findings according to the research objectives. Execute, monitor, and prepare post evaluation reports for marketing activities such as consumer contest, events roadshow and in-store activation. Assist in managing the social media platform.

Job description:
Forecast the demand for product or services in both quantum and product mix to drive supply chain activities.
Timely communicate information to all stakeholders.
Consult with other supply chain functional team to obtain relevant data and insights on demand.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objective and outlets segmentation.
Prepare reports and statistics related to the demand planning and forecast functions.
Manage demand forecast models, analyze trends and maintain accurate data.
Review and assess risk to supply and demand variability and identify opportunities to manage and mitigate risk.
Ensuring share out availability through stock share method.
Planning, agreeing and managing the team to apply necessary changes by exception to manage controls and parameters for seasonal, weather, promotions, events, holiday periods and unusual trading conditions.
Outlets receive the day to day stock quantities they need, when they need it at “one delivery” replenishment.
Ensuring all charge-out invoicing &/ stock transfer are completed as per stipulated dateline.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of work experience related to Supply Chain processes
Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Fluent in English and Malay (Both written and spoken)
Responsible and organized
Experienced in administrative tasks is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Salary:
2.500,00 MYR Monthly
