Graphic Designer cum Coordinator

Position: Graphic Designer cum Coordinator
Location: 69, Jalan PBS 14/3, Taman Bukit Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia
Basic Salary: RM3,000 (with additional benefits)

Key Responsibilities:

Design creative and high-quality angpow and other paper products.
Provide a one-stop service by handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the company’s sales and brand presence.
Manage multiple projects from conception to final output, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain and update the company’s marketing materials, both print and digital.
Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Required Skills:

Mastery of design software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
Language proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay (additional language skills are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills in maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate between different departments.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
