A. REQUIREMENT
1. Diploma/Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
Fresh graduates also are welcome to apply.
2. Experience in video content creating such as Tiktok and Instagram Content.
3. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, social media platforms, and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
4. Exceptional ability to create clear, concise, and engaging written content in all social media platforms
5. Ability to create innovative and engaging content that stands out in a competitive digital landscape.
6. Understanding of healthcare marketing and patient engagement strategies would be a bonus skill.

B. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with healthcare brand goals.
2. Create content for social media posts, video scripts, infographics, blogs and other multimedia formats.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals (e.g., doctors, nurses, specialists) to validate the medical content.
4. Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve visibility and ranking of healthcare content.
5. Identify and understand the target audience (patients, healthcare providers, caregivers) and tailor content to meet their needs.
6. Be aware of ethical guidelines related to patient confidentiality, sensitive health topics, and non-biased health information.
7. Plan and manage the distribution of content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email campaigns.
