Job Description
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting patrons.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen and dining areas.
Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Support other team members and perform additional duties as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
