Job Description

Purpose/ Objective (Of this Position)
Responsibility to handle brands expansion locally and internationally, including licensing opportunity, to hit the targeted growth set by the company-(Food and Beverage)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Plan out strategies and implementation for the overall Food and Beverage projects.
b. To do regular survey and study on potential project location, by generate reports and prepare the proposals on the selection projects.
c. Conduct market research, industry and competitors analysis and present to the Management for review- Food and Beverage project
d. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendor for the flawless execution of projects.
e. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
f. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detail project plan to track progress
g. Coordinate, negotiate and liaison directly with client/vendor management to meet the requirement. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
h. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
i. Report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
j. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
k. Reviewing new project or renewal project tenancy agreement and discuss with the client if there is any problem.

Requirement:
✓ Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
✓ Minimum 2 year relevant in the related field.
✓ Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service industry is an advantage.
✓ Good communication skills, interpersonal, leadership, passion to work, accurate and able to work under pressure.Strong organizational, prioritization, planning and presentation skill,
✓ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office( Power Point, Excel and Word)
✓ Must be fluent/well-versed in English and Bahasa Melayu, both oral and written
✓ Willing to travel
Salary:
1.800,00 MYR Monthly
