Job Description
The Service Crew is responsible for providing guests with a positive and memorable eating experience. This work entails taking orders, serving food and beverages, keeping the dining room clean, and delivering exceptional customer service. Service Crew members work with the kitchen and ensure a smooth and efficient restaurant operation. Adaptability, good communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude are essential for success in this position.
Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
