Job Description

Job Description:
a) Responsible in maintaining a consistent high level of customer service. This include talking to customers to monitor their experience. Floor
presence is mandatory during peak hours.
b) Greet and handle all guests interactions with a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
c) Resolve guest issues.
d) Strive to achieve sales target.
e) Monitor and modify pricing and procedure as required. This include updating the menus at any point of sale systems to reflect any changes.
f) Ensure all staff compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. This includes food handling as well as health and safety legislation.
g) Ensure that the facility consistently meets cleanliness, maintenance and safety standards.
h) Responsible to lead, develop and coach all team members to ensure a high level of customer service.
i) Delegate tasks appropriately to team members and assist the team as required.
j) Ensure that food and beverages items are being served in compliance with operating procedures.
k) Ensure all service stations are clean, organized and well stocked at all times. All lighting, music and ambience is appropriate for the meal
provided.
l) Monitor staff performance and assist in conducting performance reviews.
m) Monitor inventory to ensure that the appropriate orders are placed at all times.
n) Conduct monthly inventories for the F&B Department.
o) Be a team player and practice collaboration within F&B and foster this relationship with other departments.
p) Anticipate and react to any changes in business levels.
q) Assisting Banquets as required.
r) Performing other duties as assigned by the Management.

Skills and requirements:
a) Diploma or Degree in hospitality and food beverages services management will be an added advantage.
b) At least 5 years of experience in the F&B service industry.
c) Ability to work under pressure while complying with all relevant legislation.
d) Strong beverage knowledge required, including wines.
e) Excellent leadership, communication service, conflict resolutions and interpersonal skills.
f) Experience in monitoring and controlling inventories.
