Job Description
Deliver and promote prospective customer benefits of the product over the phone, maintaining high standards of service by adhering to presentation guidelines and sales scripts.
Communicate effectively with customers over the phone to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales performance.
Achieve sales KPI targets as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma required.
Fluent in Mandarin, English or Malay.
At least 1 year of telesales/financial sales experience in the financial industry.
A cheerful personality with a proactive and professional approach.
Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
