Telemarketing Executive (Work From Home)

MyTalentHub Sdn Bhd is currently seeking dynamic and dedicated professionals for the position of Telemarketer, specifically for our esteemed client based in Singapore. This remote work-from-home role involves direct collaboration with our client’s sales team, engaging with customers to promote products and services. While you will be formally employed by MyTalentHub.co, your daily responsibilities and tasks will be aligned with our client’s objectives, allowing you to contribute significantly to their operations.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to update them on new products or services.
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer service role.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- SPM or above.
- Proficient in English
