Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the call centre, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective call centre strategies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Train, mentor, and motivate call centre staff to achieve performance goals.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on call centre performance and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in call centre management, preferably in the property industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in call centre software and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is a (MUST)
