Job Description
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management team.
To prepare payments/cheques and other related documents.
To carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection reports.
To handle petty cash and reimbursements.
To carry out bank reconciliation, data entry, updating and maintaining accounting records.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
5 years of working experience as a Senior Account Executive.
Knowledge of accounting standards and procedures.
Only MALAYSIAN CANDIDATES are encouraged to apply and converse in MANDARIN would be an added advantage.
