Job Description
The Thai Speaker B2B Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies targeting businesses in Thailand. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing. A deep understanding of the Thai market, its business landscape, and consumer behavior is essential for driving successful campaigns and generating leads for business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement B2B digital marketing strategies to promote products and services to business clients within Thailand.
Create and manage digital content (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, videos, etc.) tailored for the Thai business audience.
Optimize the company’s website, landing pages, and other digital assets for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to reach and convert potential business clients.
Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, partners, and clients through email marketing, CRM, and social media channels.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, contributing to lead generation and conversion rates.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize marketing strategies for the Thai market.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage budgets for digital marketing activities and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Create reports and present insights to senior management on campaign performance, metrics, and ROI.
Qualifications:
Native Thai speaker with fluent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus).
Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in Thailand or the Southeast Asia region (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of the Thai business landscape, including cultural nuances and trends.
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Active Campaign) and CRM systems.
Knowledge of content marketing, inbound marketing, and lead generation strategies.
Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to improve digital marketing performance.
Creative and strategic thinking with excellent written communication skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
