Job Description
Identify and meet potential suppliers
Quotation preparation
Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
Contract/agreement preparation
Get frequent feedback from existing suppliers and work according to their requirements
Internal
Arrange trip for drivers
Give briefing to drivers every morning to help facilitate their trip and the entire operating flow
Coordinate with the logistic department to maintain the entire transportation flow
Set goals and hit the quantity target
Weekly meeting with company staff for brainstorming, discussion, and further improvement plans
Analyze the company present and future needs
Create daily plan and complete them efficiently
Send daily report to supervised manager
Skills Required
Ability to identify different recyclable waste materials
Knowing the latest market price for all recyclable waste materials
Initiative to get more suppliers
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationship
Good communication skills, discipline, and attitude
