Job Description

A retail shop that selling baby and mother care product is looking for sales assistant to join them.

Company Name: Babymama Shopee (Bandar Seri Putra, Kajang)

Company Size: 30++ staffs

Working Hour: 6 days, 7.5 hours

- Welcoming customers into the shop.
- Assisting customers to find desired items.
- Advising customers on products.
- Organize stocks at shop.
- Informing shoppers about ongoing sales, promotions and discounts to increase revenue.
- Keeping up to date with product information to advise customers and make recommendations effectively.
- Checking the price of inventory regularly.
- Addressing and resolving shopper’s complaints, such as returns and refunds, to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performing cleaning duties at the end of shifts.
- Assisting manager with miscellaneous duties.

Requirement:

- Diploma graduate in Business, Marketing, Admin.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Willing to work 6 days
- Friendly, customer service oriented, good behaviour
- Can work in Bandar Seri Putra, Kajang
