Assist in development for point-of-sale communication materials and ensure materials produced meet the campaign objectives. Constantly monitor performance of brand activities and provide recommendation to correct performance shortfalls where necessary. Assist in manage brand activity budget and spend, to ensure that the team derives the best value from marketing spend and are within the budget limits. Assist in consumer’s research and analyze data to conclude the findings according to the research objectives. Execute, monitor, and prepare post evaluation reports for marketing activities such as consumer contest, events roadshow and in-store activation. Assist in managing the social media platform.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking OEM food supplement manufacturing services.
* Understand client requirements, including product specifications, regulatory needs, branding, and packaging preferences.
* Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to attract clients for OEM food supplement manufacturing services.
* Identify and engage potential clients, particularly companies looking to outsource the production of food supplements.
* Lead negotiations with potential clients on pricing, production timelines, terms of service, and payment conditions.
* Close deals by ensuring the manufacturing terms are well-defined and meet both parties’ expectations.
* Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all contracts are in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Provide clients with advice and insights on product development, including formulation, raw materials, packaging options, and labeling.
* Collaborate with the R&D department to ensure clients’ formulations are viable for mass production while complying with regulatory standards
* Meet or exceed sales targets by closing OEM contracts and building a strong portfolio of clients requiring food supplement manufacturing.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in OEM sales within the food supplement, health, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
