Assist in development for point-of-sale communication materials and ensure materials produced meet the campaign objectives. Constantly monitor performance of brand activities and provide recommendation to correct performance shortfalls where necessary. Assist in manage brand activity budget and spend, to ensure that the team derives the best value from marketing spend and are within the budget limits. Assist in consumer’s research and analyze data to conclude the findings according to the research objectives. Execute, monitor, and prepare post evaluation reports for marketing activities such as consumer contest, events roadshow and in-store activation. Assist in managing the social media platform.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Description

* Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to enter new markets, expand in existing markets, and grow revenue in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
* Analyze regulatory requirements, industry standards, and market demands to guide the development of new products and services.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
* Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new partnerships and expand client base.
* Work closely with the R&D and product development teams to create and customize cosmetic and pharmaceutical products that meet client specifications and market needs.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Nutrition is highly preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, particularly within the cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.
* Familiarity with the manufacturing process of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, including formulation, production, and regulatory compliance.
