As our client base expanded—primarily including Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and key players in the Oil & Gas sector—BJM broadened its offerings to include a wide selection of heavy-duty mobile cranes. In addition to our rental services, we have also expanded into the trading, repair, and maintenance of machinery. Diversification and Growth: In 2019, BJM further diversified its business portfolio by investing in the bio- chemical sector, with a particular focus on organic fertilizers for various crops. These products are the result of extensive research, development, and production efforts, ensuring that they meet industry-leading standards in both quality and performance. Another environmental friendly product under our wings are fly ash and bottom ash where it has become a vital ingredient in making bricks and cements. Coal ash is residue resulting from combustion of pulverized coal or lignite in thermal power plant. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
. Holds a Bachelo`s degree in Business, marketing , engineering , Agriculture , or a related field
( preferred )
. Has 2-3 years of B2B sales experience , ideaIIy in raw or industraiI Materials .
. Demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with exceptionaI negotiation and
closing skiIIs .
. Possesses knowledge of the construction , infrastructure , or agriculture sectors .
. Excels in communication and is confident in presenting to key decision - mskers .
. Is self-motivated , goal-oriented, and capabeI of managing muItipIe cIients / projects.
. Is proficient in Microsoft Office and open to traveI as necessary
