Job Description

1. Sales Growth & Performance Management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve E-Commerce 2025 sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through brand.com, marketplaces, Facebook Seller, TikTok, and dealership programs.
- Explore new opportunities for expansion and optimize online sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Execute data-driven strategies to enhance exposure, sales conversions, and brand presence.

2. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and guide the e-commerce team, ensuring effective execution of business strategies.
- Foster a results-driven culture within the team.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.

3. Platform & Operations Management
- Oversee e-commerce platform performance, ensuring smooth order processing and inventory accuracy.
- Implement pricing strategies and optimize product listings, content, and promotions.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams for effective stock planning and fulfillment processes.

4. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to execute online advertising, social media campaigns, and promotions.
- Increase sales conversion, website traffic, and customer engagement.
- Utilize data analytics to refine marketing strategies and enhance online visibility.

5. Customer Experience & Retention
- Ensure a seamless customer journey, enhancing satisfaction and retention.
- Improve user experience and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Implement initiatives to boost customer loyalty and brand reputation using customer insights.
