Job Description
Location : Cyberjaya
Salary Range : RM3,000.00 – RM3,500.00
Working Hours : Mon-Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm) (required to travel domestically as needed)
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Sales Support Assistant to support our client’s sales and marketing teams in driving business growth. with domestic customers in the telecommunications industry. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales and customer service, with a knack for communication and the ability to converse fluently in Mandarin to cater to Chinese customers.
1. Account Manager Support
•Handle queries from Senior Sales Exec/Account Managers through email, and telephone.
•Maintain a high level of internal customer service by ensuring timely and professional communication.
2. Sales Order Processing
•Process and validate all new sales submissions from the Account Management team.
•Ensure the accuracy of submitted data, verifying that all relevant fields are completed correctly and CRM records are updated.
•Cross-check order values and discounting against current Price Books to confirm data accuracy.
3. Collaboration and Query Resolution
•Collaborate with the Finance team and Sales Managers to address order-related queries.
•Work closely with Account Managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing.
•Liaise with the internal team to identify and resolve bugs/issues related to CRM.
4. Process Improvement
•Work with stakeholders to identify quick wins and recommend improvements in processes and systems.
•Highlight inefficient working practices to managers and contribute to process enhancements.
•Identify opportunities to streamline account management, such as recommending alternative account types or management methods.
5. Problem-Solving
•Identify and resolve order and account-related issues within the terms of contracts.
•Propose practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
6. Data Management and Accuracy
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CRM.
7. Follow-Up and Timeliness
•Proactively follow up on outstanding queries to ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills:
1.Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (mandatory).
2.Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in tasks.
3.Initiative and Learning: A proactive attitude with a willingness to challenge norms, learn new skills, and take initiative.
4.Process Development Experience: Prior experience in process development with strong logical thinking abilities.
5.Independence: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
6.Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
7.Team Collaboration: A dedicated team player with a strong commitment to achieving shared goals.
8.Technical Proficiency: Competent in using computer systems and software, with essential knowledge of Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Education Level:
•Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Background and Business Need:
•Expertise in Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing to support business operations effectively and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Must-Have Requirements:
1.Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese (both spoken and written).
2.Proficiency in Google Sheet or Excel for reporting and analysis.
