Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
o Identify, target, and engage potential customers across industries to sell Josys SaaS Management Platform solutions.
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

2. Solution Selling
o Understand customer needs related to ITSM, ITAM, SAM, Cybersecurity and related IT Management operations challenges and needs.
o Conduct product demonstrations, deliver compelling presentations, and guide clients through the decision-making process.

3. Account Management
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships.

4. Collaboration and Reporting
o Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
o Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Salary:
RM 5,000.00 Monthly
