Job Description

1. Sales Growth & Performance Management
- Support and execute sales strategies to achieve E-Commerce 2025 sales targets.
- Manage brand.com, marketplaces, Facebook Seller, TikTok, and dealership programs.
- Identify new growth opportunities and optimize online sales performance.
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue trends to enhance sales performance.
- Assist in executing promotional activities to drive engagement and conversions.

2. Platform & Operations Management
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Oversee order processing, stock availability, and logistics coordination for smooth operations.
- Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to optimize inventory planning and fulfillment efficiency.

3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to execute online ads, social media campaigns, and promotions to boost sales.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize marketing strategies and improve visibility.
- Drive website traffic, customer engagement, and sales growth through targeted digital initiatives.

4. Customer Experience & Retention
- Ensure a seamless customer journey by managing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Improve overall user experience and customer satisfaction to enhance retention.
- Implement engagement strategies to boost customer loyalty and brand perception.
Salary:
