Job Description
• To convince customers to purchase products.
• To build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers.
• To answer customers' concerns and queries.
• To assist RND Department identifying and developing the business opportunities into new products in accordance to the required specification and time frame
• To achieve sales results in accordance with set targets of the company.
• To monitor and control the outstanding payment via Trade Debtors Aging Report to minimize the potential loss of bad debts
• To conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• To compile and analyse data to help the team make informed decisions.
• To plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• To create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• To monitor and manage social media accounts.
• To prepare sales presentations and reports.
• To ensure daily sales and marketing administration issues and documentations are organized systematically with accuracy at all time.
• To prepare and submit quotations within the timeframe given.
• To keep all filing up to date.
• To plan, prepare and liaise with Production for all production plans and delivery dates.
• To manage all customers’ orders and deliveries.
• To develop business opportunity with potential & existing customers.
• Aggressively market and promote company's products.
• To conduct market research and brand creation.
• Responsible for prospecting, managing and maintaining good relationship with customers to ensure customer’s satisfaction and loyalty with aim of growing sales.
• In charge of marketing activities - in order to meet business targets.
• Prepare regular reports and presentation on sales activities, performance and plans to maximize sales and increase market share.
• Understand fully the range of products and able to explain the benefits to customers.
• To resolve customer complaints regarding products quality or service issues.
• Other task assigned by company from time to time.
