Sales Manager

Sales Strategy and Leadership:
o Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, and plans in line with company goals. o Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets. o Set performance goals, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members.  Business Development:
o Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's customer
base. o Lead efforts to pursue and secure new contracts, customers, and accounts. o Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.  Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts. o Address customer needs, inquiries, and issues to enhance overall service quality. o Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.  Sales Reporting and Analysis:
o Collect, analyze, and report sales data, including revenue, customer acquisition, and market trends. o Make data-driven recommendations for improving sales performance. o Generate regular reports to inform senior management and the Directors.  Sales Team Management:
o Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and tools to excel in their
roles. o Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans for team
members. o Foster a positive and high-performance work culture within the sales department.  Sales Presentations and Proposals:
o Lead the development of sales presentations, proposals, and sales materials. o Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral. o Present to prospective customers and partners to secure new business.
