Strategic Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and assess competitive landscapes.
Business Growth Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with our company’s long-term goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Prospect Identification: Uncover and pursue new business prospects, leveraging your ability to see market trends and anticipate customer needs
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture meaningful relationships with prospects and clients, delivering innovative solutions and strategic recommendations that align with their business objectives
Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute dynamic sales strategies that integrate with marketing initiatives, ensuring the achievement of business development goals
Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from pipeline management to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Industry and Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and new technologies, continuously learning and adapting your strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Representation and Negotiation: Represent ATG Nexus at industry events, negotiate high-value deals, and manage customer feedback, significantly contributing to the company’s strategic objectives

What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive with an IT solutions provider, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Local candidates preferred who are familiar with the territory
Experience in selling enterprise-scale analytical, business intelligence, data warehouse applications, or data management solutions, including Data Lake applications
Alternatively, a strong background in selling enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, BPM/EPM, or industry-specific business applications (Insurance, Banking/Financial, etc.) is highly valued
Previous experience with clients in manufacturing, financial services, or distribution sectors
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with proficiency in English
Skilled in solution-selling methodology and MS Office applications
A solid grasp of marketing and negotiation techniques
A fast learner with an energetic, positive attitude and a passion for sales and closing deals.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills to thrive in a team environment
Minimum of a diploma in a related field
