Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German and English to join our dynamic BPO team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing support and resolving inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Customer Support: Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support in German, assisting customers with their inquiries and issues promptly.
Resolve Issues Efficiently: Listen to customer concerns, identify solutions, and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures: Adhere to BPO protocols and quality standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Accurate Documentation: Record all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately and in detail.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other team members to share insights, improve service processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Meet Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed key performance metrics, including response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot issues and offer solutions while staying calm and focused.
Flexible Availability: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
BPO or Call Center Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume BPO setting is advantageous.
Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries or cases effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
