Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Use online chat, social media, and other communication tools to address issues and complaints from the Chinese market. Respond to questions about products, services, or orders, ensuring that customers receive timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Establish close relationships with new and existing customers via phone or chat tools.
- Engage in friendly and professional interactions to build customer trust in the company and deliver an excellent customer service experience.
- Handle product-related inquiries, complaints, or issues through email or online channels according to company guidelines.
- Problem Solving: Understand customer issues and provide the most suitable solutions.

Job Requirements:

- Responsibility and Reliability: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, and good conduct.
- Teamwork and Independence: Able to work effectively in a team and handle tasks independently.
- Stress Management: Capable of working under pressure while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills and attentiveness to service desk inquiries.
- Computer Literacy: Possess basic computer operation knowledge.
- Proficiency in Indonesian, English, or Chinese: Fluent in spoken and written forms.
- Working Hours: 8 am - 8 pm or 8 pm - 8 am (day and night shifts), 3 days off per month
- Relocation is required.
Salary:
6.000,00 MYR Monthly
