Job Description
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote after-sales services.
• Create marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters, highlighting the workshop's service offerings.
• Execute marketing campaigns to increase customer awareness and retention.
• Educate customers on available service packages and benefits.
• Work with the sales and service teams to upsell additional services and maintenance packages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for service packages.
• Collect feedback from customers on the quality of service and overall experience.
• Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on findings.
• Share positive feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes.
• Manage social media platforms to promote the workshop's after-sales services.
• Create engaging content, including service promotions, customer testimonials, and educational posts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track appointments and customer interactions.
• Liaise with the service technicians and advisors to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
• Communicate customer expectations and specific requirements to the service team.
