Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual fluent in Cantonese and English to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Cantonese-speaking customers, providing assistance, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide High-Quality Customer Service: Support Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering a positive and professional experience.
Resolve Customer Inquiries: Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions, escalating cases when necessary.
Follow BPO Standards: Adhere to company protocols and quality standards, ensuring consistent service.
Record and Document Interactions: Accurately log customer interactions and updates in the CRM for future reference and quality control.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to share insights and improve customer satisfaction.
Meet Performance Metrics: Strive to meet or exceed targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and English (both spoken and written).
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a BPO or call center.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and support tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and listening skills, with an empathetic approach to handling customer concerns.
Problem-Solving Ability: Capability to identify solutions for customer issues calmly and professionally.
Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
BPO Experience: Experience in a target-driven BPO environment is advantageous.
Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple cases or customer inquiries simultaneously while ensuring quality service.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
