Job Description
Role Overview:
Position: Mandarin-to-English Customer Service Interpreter
Location: Remote (applicants must be based in Malaysia, China, Cambodia, Indonesia, or Vietnam)
Shift: Night shift
Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is an advantage).
No prior experience needed – training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time interpretation between Mandarin and English via phone or video calls.
Support industries such as healthcare, banking, and government.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage tasks efficiently.
