Job Description

• Assist in providing hardware, software, and end-user support to ensure smooth business operations.
• Help troubleshoot IT-related problems and prioritize user satisfaction by resolving queries effectively.
• Support the management and maintenance of office equipment and software tools, offering guidance where needed.
• Participate in installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Respond to IT support requests promptly and document resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with relevant team members to carry out network installations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Monitor basic network performance and assist in maintaining security measures.
• Learn and document IT processes, gaining exposure to knowledge management practices.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and contribute ideas to enhance IT services.
