Job Description
Join our mission to advance food equality by providing quality food at affordable prices. As part of our Finance team, you'll shape the company's financial future and support communities across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure financial stability and manage performance as we expand into new markets.
Partner with teams across the business to provide strategic financial advice.
Oversee cash flow management, compliance, and financial operations.
Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies while maintaining controls.
Manage risk assessment and develop strategies for long-term growth.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
5-10 years of finance experience, with a track record of leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm & Saturday, 9am - 1pm
