Job Description

Marketing Manager (Head of Department)

Location: Oval Damansara
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience Required: 3 years and above

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Oversee all branding, advertising, and promotional activities across online and offline platforms.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and performance excellence.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, agencies, and key stakeholders.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar senior role in marketing agency or similar industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive innovation.
Able to communicate in Cantonese, read and write in traditional Chinese due to we serve HK market
