Job Description

- Responsibilities for all electrical parts of repair machines.
- Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their machines and equipment.
- Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
- Order parts needed for repair.
- Fill out detailed reports, repair order sheet and keep records on services that have been performed.
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.- Proactively identify and follow up with potential customers.
- To develop and execute sales & marketing proposals and quotations.
- To establish good rapport with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Work with team to achieve sales performance targets and customer requirements.
- To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
- Able to perform demonstration of machine products at construction
- In charge of handling all rental machinery.
- Reporting to Manager.
