Digital Marketing Specialist (Internship / Part-Time)

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Internship / Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will involve designing engaging content, managing our social media presence, and developing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative digital marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and digital advertisements.
• Manage and optimize the company’s social media accounts, including content planning and scheduling.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and online traffic using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Propose and develop suitable and creative branding strategies to approach potential audience and customers.
• Create engaging and relevant content for job vacancy, email newsletter, company social media and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and director to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovation.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks that assigned by superiors and directors within the due date given.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Mandarin speaker and able to write in Chinese.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for design.
• Passionate in graphic and creative design.
