Job Description
To update wages listing.
To issue invoice monthly tenant invoice and update tenant rental.
To reconcile and check creditor's statement of account.
To issue official receipt when payment is received.
To check and verify monthly bills - courier service, company telephone bill, bank statement and etc.
To perform monthly analysis on site expenditure.
To contribute to team effort in order to accomplish expected results.
To provide reports to management as scheduled.
To undertake assignments or duties assigned by Top Management.
