Responsibilities:

Maintaining account receivable, prepare invoices & delivery orders
Prepare monthly statement and send to clients
Handling communications with clients via phone, email and in-person to follow up payment.
Ensuring proper maintenance of documentation and filing
Able to handle accounts bookkeeping, assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification
Process received inventory in the system
Conduct monthly stock count and liaise with warehouse PIC if there is any problem, and make adjustments if necessary
Participate in the preparation of Account monthly closing
Assist in audit and tax preparation
Performing day to day accounting operations
Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment
Able to take on ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least two (2) to three (3) years’ experience, diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Must be hardworking, team work, strong sense of responsibilities and possess strong initiative to learn.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Possess strong interpersonal.
Full-Time positions available.
Merit Point of proficient in Mandarin.
