Job Description
We are seeking motivated internship candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in accounting and finance. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and tax services.
Job Description:
-Learn and assist in daily accounting tasks, including receiving and filing documents, and entering data into accounting software (Autocount).
-Assist in managing sales, invoices, official receipts, petty cash, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation.
-Gain exposure to working with creditors, debtors, and other basic accounting functions.
-Communicate effectively with the team and clients for day-to-day tasks and assignments.
-Take initiative to learn more about the accounting field and gain real-world experience.
-Perform any other duties as assigned during the internship period.
What You'll Learn:
-Complete Set of Accounts: Learn how to prepare and maintain a full set of accounts, including financial statements, bank reconciliation, and balance sheets.
-Accounting Software: Gain hands-on experience with Autocount software, including data entry, report generation, and understanding how accounting systems work in a professional environment.
-Practical Accounting Knowledge: Develop a practical understanding of key accounting functions such as invoicing, accounts -receivable/payable, petty cash management, and financial reporting.
-Team Collaboration: Learn to effectively communicate and collaborate with the accounting team and clients on a daily basis.
Requirements:
-A genuine interest in accounting and finance.
-Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
Able to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
-Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
-Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize assignments.
-A basic understanding of accounting software is a plus, but not required.
-Ability to work overtime during peak periods (with prior notice).
-Preferably based in Kajang or Selangor.
-Open to internship students only.
Internship Position:
-Starting from RM500 per month.( depends RM 500-RM 1000)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month(Depending on their experience)
