Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Solid knowledge of accounting functions such as invoices, sales, expenses, petty cash, payment vouchers, official receipts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank statements, bank reconciliation, salaries/EPF, creditors, debtors, etc.
-Manage a team of data entry staff and conduct daily checks on the data entries updated by them.
-Proficient in using accounting software and understanding accounting concepts.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
-Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
-Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting
Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting field.
-Proficiency in accounting software (Autocount Software knowledge is a must).
-Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
-Willing to work extra hours (overtime) during peak periods.
-Proactive in learning and improving accounting skills.
-Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
-Good typing speed with minimal errors.
-Easily adaptable to a dynamic working environment.
-Preferably based in Kajang or Selangor.
