Job Description
-Handle daily accounting tasks such as receiving, filing documents, and performing data entry into Autocount software.
-Have a solid understanding of sales, invoices, official receipts, petty cash, payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, creditors, debtors, and basic accounting terms.
-Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
-Interest in Accounting!
-SPM or Diploma in Accounting.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in the accounting field.
-Proficient in using accounting software.
-Ability to understand and meet deadlines.
-Willing to work extra hours (overtime) during peak periods.
-Proactive and willing to learn more.
-Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
-Good typing speed with minimal typos.
-Easily adaptable to the working environment.
-Preferably based in Kajang or Selangor.
