Job Description
-Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
-Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
-Provide product or service demonstrations to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
-Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company sales targets.
-Identify new business opportunities and prospect for new clients.
-Create and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
-Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Market Research and Product Knowledge:
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
-Continually educate yourself on new product offerings and features.
-Provide feedback from clients to the product development or marketing teams.
Reporting and Documentation:
-Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and closed deals in the CRM.
-Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
-Set and track sales targets, working with supervisors to adjust goals as needed.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
-Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
-Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.
Customer Service and After-Sales Support:
-Assist clients during the post-sales process, ensuring smooth product installation or service implementation.
-Provide ongoing support, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Sales Experience: Typically, a few years of experience in a sales-related role.
-Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
