Job Description
1. To support Purchasing Departments in routine tasks.
2. Help maintain communication with suppliers for order follow-ups and inquiries.
3. Assist in tracking stock levels and coordinating reorders to ensure adequate inventory.
4. Organize and maintain purchasing records, including invoices and delivery receipts.
Job Requirements:
1) Dynamic, meticulous, self-motivated, good team Player and fast learner
2) Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently
3) Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia
