Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and dispatch daily fleet schedules to meet B2B client delivery timelines.
• Monitor GPS tracking systems and manage route optimization for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain close communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics flow.
• Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with Malaysian transport regulations, including JPJ, PUSPAKOM, road tax, and insurance requirements.
• Manage and resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, re-routes, and breakdowns quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to meet client-specific logistics requirements and SLAs.
• Prepare and present operational reports and KPIs to management regularly.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in fleet/logistics coordination, ideally B2B environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and verbal)
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple deliveries and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in B2B industries such as manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or corporate supply chains
• Familiarity with e-permit systems, delivery documentation (e.g Dos, consignment notes), and client specific SOPs.
• Knowledge of cold chain or hazardous goods transportation is an added advantage.

- RM 2,500.00 Monthly
